DIVERSITY STATEMENT
As an organization dedicated to helping the poor, low income, and homeless families of
our community, SVdP is committed to honoring the diversity of the people we serve as well as that of the people who work in our organization. We believe that our work environment must encourage freedom of ideas and opinions in an atmosphere of mutual respect. All of our programs and interactions are improved by acceptance of each other as we are by celebrating our unique traits, as well as our commonalities. Honoring diversity enriches and empowers the lives of all people.
